Anthony joined The Noll Team as Director of Operations in June 2022. Prior to joining The Noll Team, Anthony worked as a Financial Advisor with Bank of America/Merrill Lynch for 5 years. During this time, Anthony prided himself on his relationships with clients, helping them navigate through their financial decisions, while also being a trusted resource to other colleagues and advisors. Anthony's production, work ethic, and teamwork lead to his receiving Bank of America's highest honor, the "Valiant Award", in 2020 for "Leadership Dexterity". Anthony attributes this success to his eclectic background (Anthony has previously worked as a pastor at various churches, was a business owner, and was an assistant high school basketball coach), as he's able to see things from a variety of perspectives and relate to people on a variety of levels.
